Preparing a city attack, and creating armies

You can now prepare an attack on a city. Once it is prepared you see your chance to win the battle as a percentage, with some other figures.

Settling a city is fixed.

The army icon on the map is new, and titles have a background so they read better on the map.

You can create an army.
