Update

New

  • First steps now runs only in your first world: when you join another, it starts off, with one line on the map to bring it back. Settings has a First steps choice — your first world only, every world, or never — and the step card has Hide steps to turn it off in one tap.

Changed

  • Every account can now change its name once, in Settings — including names you picked yourself and the one drawn for you at the start. Signing up with Google or Discord now asks for your name instead of giving you a drawn one.
  • Player pages put the title right under the name, show badges as medals with their counts, and say whether the player is online now. The rounds, wins and best place sit in three even tiles, and "Playing since" moved to the bottom of the page.
  • Settings is shorter and easier to scan: Account, Notifications, Gameplay, This device and Privacy & security each sit in one group, with gold switches throughout. There is now one Notification sound switch, and Customize sets each kind's sound and push side by side.

Fixed

  • The First steps marker no longer shows through the bar at the bottom of the screen when the thing it points at is scrolled under it.
  • Worlds for registered players can be joined as soon as you save your account or sign up. There is no longer a day's wait, so "Register to take a seat" no longer blocks an account you have just made.

Thirty days a round. A few decisions a day.
