The round and scoring
30 days
A world runs 30 days from its start and ends by score — nothing else ends it. It takes new players until day 7. Each newcomer is protected from attack for 24 h. When it ends the map, the table and the messages stay open for 72 h, without commands; then the same guilds may come back for the next era.
How the score works
Three lines, a war for cities:
- Land — every Keep level of a city you hold, × 100.
- Conquest — a capture held a day without losing it, once a city, × 1,000; twice from the reigning winners, twice from the leading guild.
- Spoils — plunder, × 10 an hour of the victim's income — never less than the world's average seat makes; twice from the leader.
Read now, standing once the round ends. A world's Score is its own table; the Hall ranks players across every world that has ended.
How points work
Finishing 1st in an era of 12 players is worth 12 points, 2nd is worth 11, and so on down to 1. Members of the winning guild score double. The board starts fresh each quarter. It counts every world that has ended; a world's own table, while it runs, is its Score.
